What is Electroforming?

Electroforming is a process of creating a setting from epoxy and coating it with conductive paint. It is then submerged into a chemical bath where a thick layer of copper is grown onto the piece. This takes from 12 - 24 hours to complete, resulting in varying textures and a one of a kind piece.

How long until my jewelry is shipped?

If in stock your piece will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Custom orders need 2-3 weeks depending on design time.

How do I care for my Jewelry?

As with all jewelry it is not recommended to get it wet.

Most importantly NO cleaning solutions, saltwater or abrasives.

Avoid dropping your jewelry, remember they are from nature and some are more delicate than others.

Will the color of my piece change with time?

Yes. Our jewelry is not sealed. We want you to receive all the health benefits from the copper. You can give them a quick wipe with a polishing cloth periodically. Clear nail polish can be used to seal the copper, but is not recommended.

How is my order shipped?

We use the USPS for our shipping.

Returns & exchanges

We do not accept returns. We do however accept exchanges on a case by case basis. You will be responsible for the return and replacement shipping cost and any cost difference in product. Thank you.
